In high-end refurbishments, I was often called to Central London to fix the poor workmanship of previous contractors. Many local homeowners lacked the know-how to hire reputable contractors, leading to significant issues like a house severely damaged by floodwater and sewage due to substandard work and overcharging. 3 Steps to Building Your Luxury Safe Haven
Step 1 - Design
We will thoroughly assess both internally and externally to ensure a solid foundation for your home improvement. We'll collaborate closely with your interior designer from the start for a unified approach and establish regular updates so you're always informed about the next steps.
Step 2 - Build
We start your home improvement process, beginning with protective cover to keep your home protected throughout and put things in the right places to allow us to build quality workmanship and gradually bring in the right team to ensure it gets done to a high standard.
Step 3 - Finish & Aftercare
You’ll see us tidying up, clearing away the mess and the only thing left behind will be your improved home. At the end we give you a guide to register your warrantees and you instructed us to do it on your behalf we make sure this is done before we leave with contact details in the unlikely event you need us to put anything right.
